30 day pole challenge

I keep hearing about 30 day challenges for everything else, so what say we make a 30 day pole challenge? Do something pole-y every day, whether it's a full on pole practice or just a snippet of floorwork. For added points, video it all and post your favs or a clip show at the end. Anyone in?

@smokinAngel....hmmm my washer freaked out on me so hubby called the repairman. I told him listen, I am not taking that pole down it is in the perfect spot. So today we shall see....LOL Considering the size of this little Georgia town I expect some response even if it is for him to act like he doesn't see it all.😮 @dustbunny, my a$$ is apparently too old to do much bouncing either side. I can shake it and groove it slow a little but have never been able to do a bouncey thing at all. LOL😉

why is it the smoothest tricks always happen off camera? normally my superman to invert is wiggle wiggle squeak slide, repeat. camera off and smooth slide down. lol.
