Hey everyone. I hope everyone is having a good day! I was just wondering, what kind of before pictures did you guys take for the 30 day flex program?

I hadn't really thought of it but that is a good idea. I have my start of splits training photos. Started a month ago but just do 1 flex training per week as of now. Maybe I should add some pike, back bend, etc photos as well.

If you're referring to before and after pics while using the new 30 day's to Flexy program here I'd love to see them!!
