30 Day Ab Challange - Where did it go?

Hey guys! I just saw the link for the 30 day ab challenge yesterday.. I clicked on follow, but didn't have time to print off the chart.. now I can't find it.... how do I find it again? I'd love to print that chart off. I started yesterday.. it would be sad to be unable to continue after one day. lol... Thanks in advance.
