28 Weeks Pregnant

Hey everyone! My name is Shawnda. I am 28 weeks pregnant with baby number 3. This is the first pregnancy I have poled through. I was going pretty strong in the forst trimester but morning sickness put a stop to that! I took most of the second off and now am at the beginning of the third! I feel great and have been feeling pretty strong so I have been safely playing on the  pole a bit yesterday and today!
