I am certainly in and I guess since we have our new thread, we should explain the rules of engagement and since I'm new to this...I have no clue. :)
oh good idea!! so basically the challenge is to do the splits by christmas...and then post a photo of you doing your splits in front of the christmas tree! of course if you don't have a christmas tree you can still take part! maybe we could be creative...splits with a santa hat / outfit on in front of the pole?? and we can come onto this thread to discuss our progress and get feedback and advice :)
Game on! I got my middles for xmas last year... so this year I will work on improving my over splits :) Only catch is... I hate flexy training 😕

awesome platinumani ! i'm so jealous!! i can't even go down far enough that i can support my weight / balance with my hands :( sooo i'm thinking of buying some yoga blocks to help me balance. i honestly don't stay in my "splits" for very long when stretching bc it's so damn awkward trying to balance
Since i'm the one who start the original tread and i still don't have any of my split i guess i should get back in 😀

You guys have a great resource for splits training right here. 🥂 There are about 35 individual stretching lessons and 3, twenty minute routines. 2 of those are for splits. There are also foam roller lessons to help bring those splits even farther down! 🌸 https://www.studioveena.com/lessons
And they really work! The combination of my Alethea dvds and Veena's lessons made the biggest improvements ever.

I am doing this for sure. I only got open front splits on one side last year. My GOAL is to get my hips squared on that side, open fronts on the other side, and straddle splits! I'm ambitious! 🌸
I'm in too!! Started doing splits training a lot for 5 months but then things came up and haven't continued but DESPERATE to get them! Veena how often should we be doing it and are middle split harder to get than front??

I love this idea. My new years resolution was to get my splits. And I have a semi-ok one on my left side. But I want to get them totally flat and great. I love the pic in front of the christmas tree idea. I would love to see a schedule too if anyone has suggestions.
