This challenge is a bit different! I'm Challenging all of you to tell the world what Pole Dance is to you. What does it mean to you, how has it changed your body, your mind, your life, what do you want others to know? The only requirement for this challenge is to start off by saying "Pole Dance is"...... If you would like to add a short dance feel free. Let it express what you love about your pole dancing. I'm looking forward to this one, it's always a treat to see people up close and learn more about their pole journey!! So let's tell the world what Pole Dance is........🥂

I love the versatility of pole classes and how you can make each class unique and have something in it for everyone. Each month we can have a different theme and adapt the warm up and cool down to fit in with this. Next month is Splits June!! So lots of new things to get students to try who have previously thought this was something they could never do. My own flexibility at the age of 47 and a bit has improved enormously.

I came across this thread the other day and I have a question for you all. Would any of you allow me to switch your video to public, allowing us to share to our Facebook page!? I was inspired by watching through these again and I think others might be as well. I even started a second thread incase others want to join in. Those of you who have photos and written replies to the challenge would you also like us to feature a photo and a portion of your reply?
