Hold on to your hats folks....the challenge for July is BOOTY!!!!! 🤓 You have 2 options. Option 1. Do a pole dance with as many booty moves as you can!! They can be on the floor on the pole..you name it! shake what your mama gave ya!!! or if your a bit shy.... Option 2. Dance to a song that speaks highly of the booty. lol Come on I know you want to....... 😀 😀 😀

hahaha a song that speaks highly of the booty! 😂 😂 😂 I think that's going to be my choice, I can only do a few things with my booty my I.A.M (independant a$$ movement) is not what it could be.

I think maybe this may be my first challenge!! I just got my pole but as soon as it was up I banged up my elbow, and now the pain traveled to my wrist. It seems to be getting better, we'll see if I can get the guts to make a video, OH BOY!! 😁 and booty, YESSSSSSSSSS!!! 😁 AND i GET VEENAS LESSONS TODAY hoooooooooorrrrrrrrrraaaaaa

When I was trying to learn this a few months ago, I just went searching on youTube, and there was nothing this clear (although PoleWaxers has a helpful one). Des booty songs are songs all about shakin, droppin and workin the booty. I did ludacris how low can you go, other good ones are ying yang twins get low, ludacris money maker....anything like that. Veena your booty tutorials are awesome! Yours may not be huge but you can definately work it lol!

I love that you have a monthly challenge! This will be my first! July will for sure be a challenge for me since I am not one to usually dance to booty music, lol! I do however have quite a large booty so I'll do my best to shake it and not "break it" 😂 -Sarah

I feel the same way. I might do one but without typical booty shakes, etc. My hubby told me about a song that is fit for this, so might do pole practice, etc. with it playing. I hope no one beats me to it, haha I just want to have fun like many others do. I just keep telling myself; breathe, relax, have fun...easier said than done for me. So I encourage you and others to try like me to have fun. Now I just need to walk the talk, ugh!

I really just can't do the booy stuff...but I feel a burning need to do this challenge. 😂 I guess we shall all have to see what horror comes from it. I already found my song. It's actually a song I really hate, but it helps with the butt wiggling more than anything I normally listen to.
