2010 January Challenge

The Challenge for January 2010....is to perform an all aerial pole dance for 60 sec. This is a tough one, because your feet are not allowed to touch the ground!!! The whole dance must be perform ON the pole 😲 For those of you who are new to pole dancing, no worries, you can post a clips of yourself, BUT they must be aerial clips and TRY your best to stay on the pole as long as possible. New dancers: this is a great time to work on your pole holds, sit, crucifix (up right of course) and climbs!!!! I don't care if you stay up on the pole and do a hundred variations of a pole sit, just give it a try! DON'T FOR GET TO BREATH! 👍 👍

Tinkerbell..I dont think theres a strict time limit or anything 🙂 you can do any of the monthly challenges at any time. I think most people try and get them in before the end of the month but no ones gonna yell at you if you're late! 😀 It's just for fun. Go on to the video section of this site and click the green upload your video tab. And put something indicating that it is you jan challange in the title. I think thats it. 🙂

Damn I didn't see about this challenge. I know i can def. do this.. I just have to make sure I don't run out of ideas. I always blank out when I have the video rolling haha

Great idea! I am a beginner and this will be quite a challenge for me! I must say this stuff is a LOT harder than it looks! During class we do one move at a time w a break in between, but doing stuff over and over and a couple things in a row is HARD! Last night i discovered a pole climb is not that easy! So 60secs up there is a good goal. I am looking forward to seeing everyones videos!! 🌸

Hey! I know it is only the 22nd of January. I was just curious if there had been any thought on what the Febuary 2010 challenge would be? I like to practice for awhile on these things! LOL! After watching my January one, I have made it a personal goal to try to leave my outfit alone during a routine!!!!!! 😳 😳 Ahhh! Oh well. Just thought I would ask!!!! 🫡

Is there a way to search in the challenges? I wanted to see some of these but dont kno how to find them without hitting next till back 2 years! :)
