12 ft sport pole stability

If I get a 12 ft sport pole, is it still stable with the ceiling plate? I may not be able to use the ceiling perma-mounts and will have to rely on the plates.

This is a question to ask X Pole directly. They have great customer service and can answer any of your questions and will do it happily.

Hey I have an 11 foot xpert pole and they told me I needed the permanent mount for it to be secure :)
