New Shoulder Mount Grip: Elbow!? Seen this before?

Hey all, I tried messing around with an elbow grip handspring... no idea how to do it at all, but I did stumble on this: Elbow Grip Shoulder Mount! http://ver3.studioveena.com/lessons/view/4727 Sorry the word slides are a bit fast. I've used the elbow grip for SM for a while now, its just something I fell into when the pole was too slippery to grip with my hands, I thought it was a firmer grip with my elbow actually 🙂)

I have seen ex diva do elbow shoulder mounts (possibly even with just one elbow). i know jenyne does them and several of us do elbow-shoulder dismounts. it is a great move because so few people do it!

Shadow does this! It's so amazing! I am working on stalling it the way she does. You should post this up on wikipole!!!!!!!

Great work its a tough move iv been doing this a while i first saw tess taylor aka polelushes doing it i just call it the elbow grip shouldermount 😁 Great job hun 🥂
