Veena's New Lessons

Hey Guys, I dunno if a post has been made already or not, but I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to Veena for making the new lessons that she's been doing. I just love the huge big mirror in the background so you can see the move from all angles; plus it's so cool learning what muscles and stuff you're actually using for the move. I've been to a few studios and nobody can explain things in such simple terms like Veena. It takes a lot of work to keep this site up for us and the new lessons are proof that SV is the cutting edge 🙂 THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'd be really lost without this site V 🙂 I just wondered if anybody else thought the same about the new lessons..... 🥂 🥂 🥂 🎅 🎅

I totally AGREE!!! Veena has a wonderful talent for breaking things down so everyone can comprehend them. The new lessons are absolutely WONDERFUL! If anyone is considering them...stop thinking about it and just do it!! IT IS SO WORTH IT! and you won't regret it! GO VEENA!!! 🥂 🥂 🥂 🥂 🤸 🫡

OOOooohh, I can't wait to get mine!!! I'm gonna prob skip pole jam this month and buy the lessons!! I'm so excited to learn spins and spin combinations and really enhance pole skills. . . Veena is an awesome, very talented "pole goddess" (as J.C. put it, hehe). . . Thanks for taking the time to do it Veena! Vakiesha Aka "Skittles"

I also am considering her lessons, I mean she rocks, right???? I think so!!!! I can't wait. When you get the lessons, do you have access to all levels? Beginner, intermediate, and more advanced?? Or do you have to pick one?

Instant access to ALL LEVELS from strength training to advanced but I make recommendations as to what move you should master before moving on to the next....and they are in order as far as level of difficulty. 🌸

Oh and with each lesson you can leave a comment if you have a question about a move. 😉

YAY!!!! get the lessons, get the lessons!!!!!!!! i dont even have a pole up right now and i just watched the 'wrist seat' video just cuz.....no other website can do it the way Veena does it!! 🙂

I'm totally asking for another subscription for my birthday! I got a little teaser right when mine expired, and I totally found the exercises to be helpful! It's also really nice, the way you describe things and have the mirror set up to see many angles...I'm terribly excited for more! 🥂

I like them too 🙂 It took me a while to convince my husband that my pole was a good buy so I was nervous about spending more $ on Veena's lessons but they've been invaluable. She really does a great job organizing all the moves into a natural progression. It's cool to see her old ones though too because even though they are great, the new ones are so much more polished and pretty as well as having more info in them with the slide out points of contact tab.
