Sounds to me like you need an instructor to guide you with some structure and feedback and you have come to the right place! Veena has wonderful lessons that are arranged according to difficulty so that you can build up strength and a repertoire of pole movement in a sensible and logical manner. The lessons are also ten times more cost efficient than going to a studio if you aren’t looking for group exercise which has a different feel to it (some people love to take class at a studio because you have people around to encourage and inspire you) or if you are not anywhere near a studio.
