Congrats to everyone who is cracking new moves! I was so excited to finally get bow and arrow last week.

Next I want to conquer the knee bend – and also an aerial invert (as in, turn myself upside down, when I’m already on the pole – not from the ground. It’s much easier to push off the floor. I have pathetic ab muscles, I can’t even lift my shoulder blades off the floor when I try to do a crunch!)
