When I first started working on the reverse grab, going into it from a chair spin was how I was able to get it. It’s still kind of sketchy for me – I’m scared to get a lot of momentum going into it because I did have an unfortunate incident where I flung myself off the pole (don’t want to do that again!). But if I don’t get enough swing going, it just kind of peters off sadly and barely makes it around the pole once. Any ideas are welcome!
