This spin is an advanced spin because It requires a lot of strength and good form. I would recommend working on pole climbs and other moves to help strengthen your shoulders for this spin, many ladies have injured themselves working on this spin too soon. I have placed this move under the intermediate category in my online lessons. Just because its a spin instructors teach it as a beginner move and student think they should be able to do it right away. Not true. I haven’t see you try the spin so I can’t tell you if your ready for it, but please be careful, shoulders are tricky things treat them well.
