oh not 3 practices to do it like 3 days of practice as in having my pole 3 days i thought the reverse grab is such a beautiful move and kinda obsessed over learning it lol but its not like i got it like that my 3rd try lol my first try i flew off the pole (sweaty hands) and landed on my butt sittin there like… ok what just happened lol
