    you also have to be aware of your bones pole dancing isnt all muscle it’s important to have strong bones as well sounds like you may have done a little damage to bone in forarm not bad actually good as long as you let it heal and dont push it you actually stregthen bones with weight bearing activites (it’s why astranauts have to do special weight bearing actives after returning from space no gravity/weight being beared actually makes the bones soft just like with muscles, if done properly and not overdone, the bone gets "damaged" -don’t know what other word to use and like muscle as they repair tiny tears ect they actually build stronger ) like so many things in life, if it doesnt break you, you rise up stronger than before) if just putting a little pressure hurts sounds like the equvilant of shin splints rest it til it feels better has happened to me to and always feel better in 3-4 days of not using be sure to get plenty of vitamin D (great for healthy bones but also amzing for lots of other health benefits) hope this helped https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif
