    hello everyone! i am totally beginner in pole dance and general in sport, so i have a question: which one program will be better for me to start “30 Days To Flexy” or ” 30 Days take off”? thanks 🙂

    30 day take off! This program includes everything! That means some flexibility work too, but the focus is on getting the body prepared for pole and learning in a way that is progressive, building the foundation for all things pole 💜

    I have not done 30 Das to Flexy yet, but when I got my pole in December/January I dove right in with the 30 Day Take Of. It is amazing and really helped me get ready to do the things that I am working up to now. I highly recommend starting with the 30 Day Take Off. It builds on itself each day and gives you a structure that is really nice when you are fist starting out. Veena thought of everything with that program!! 🙂
