It stated in the package information that videos can be uploaded. I’m trying to mirror them through my chrome cast onto my tv to workout along size with. Where can I find this feature?Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Video uploads allow you to upload videos to the site on your profile, in forums, and most importantly in messages with Veena so she can evaluate your form when you have questions.
I think you may be referring to video downloads. If you are using an Android phone that doesn’t support the casting functionality in our video player the next best way is to mirror your phone to the TV then play the videos. No download needed. If you need help with this just tell me what phone you have and I’ll find the specific mirroring directions for your phone.
