    Hi guys,
Every time I push up into a caterpillar, my butt keeps tilting/keeling to one side. This in turn throws off my ayshas as I’m already off-balance.

Any of you encounter this wee problem? I figure the most straightforward way to get over it is to just keep doing caterpillars until they’re sturdy and straight, but just wondering if anyone has helpful hints. 🙂

Do you have a video of yourself trying? This can make it easer for us to see whats going wrong. Also are you making sure to come up and in towards the shoulder of the bend arm? Before you push up do you feel level and centered with the shoulders, are you coming into it from an inverted crucifix and does your grip between the knees feel super solid?

If you’re interested check out my lesson here, you’ll find a list of moves and strength work to focus on helping you accomplish this. They are always posted below the main player and labeled as “related” lessons! https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/4cc97c20-7e0c-47ee-8303-49360ac37250
