stretching twice a day okay?
I tried Google searching this and all I came up with were sites talking about stretching peen's twice a day, to add length. Totally not what I was looking for!!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_safesex.gif
Anyways, is it safe to stretch twice a day? or would I be risking injury. I'm thinking regular stretching, not flexibility training, but my overall goal with it is to become more flexible (if that makes sense.) I was thinking of doing resistance stretching every other day to every two days, and to do regular stretching the other days (but twice a day instead of once.) I don't want to injure myself (obviously.)
