setback…again
My broken foot (sept) had healed but now it is sore again! I have been put back in that ortho sandal ughhh…no broken bones showed up on xray but it could very well be a stress fracture again. Im very careful with it but this seems to be happening all over. Guess the next thing is to get a bone density test!

Sorry, chica. If it’s any consolation, I’ve had shoulder impingement for the past 2 months, and it’s healed partially and been re-aggravated once I started poling again many, many times within the past few weeks.
It’s one of the most frustrating things ever, but I’ve been working around it to keep my body strong and flexible while I heal, and I’m beginning physical therapy tomorrow.

I feel your pain. I had bursitis in both shoulders for a couple months. I went to a chiropracter who gave me shoulder stretching and conditioning excercises to get me back on track. I didnt stay off my pole but shoulder mounts were not happening, which killed me cause SM is one of my favs!I continue to do them 4 times a day and ice,ice,ice!!!you both will heal
