  I can never seem to get the video I want to upload directly, so above is the youtube link. Trying to improve my flow-I need to slow it down I think. Even though I feel like I am moving slow when I am in the moment, I am watching myself after and feeling like it looks rushed. I am starting to record my sessions more and I am finding this to be super helpful. 🙂
