		pole conditioningHey everybody So I haven’t been able to pole for a while and really haven’t workout at all…. so I’m trying to get my strength back but I want to do it on the pole!! So I was just wondering what your favorite conditioning moves on the pole? Ie… pole squats.. layback crunches.. reverse handstand pushups.. knee tucks I have a bunch but just wanted to see if anyone had anything fun and new!! Thanks
