im looking to expand many of my outlets when i get home which is in 4 days ( excited) but anyway, ive thought for flexabilty increase and core work which would i be better doing yoga or pilates. I think i would prefer pilates but yoga seems really good for press ups and flexability ?

I'm not sure but I've been told that Yin yoga is really good for flexibility because it focuses on connective tissue

Pilates is better for building strength and yoga is better for flexibility. So choose whichever you want more of or do both 🙂

That’s what I think so too! Why don’t you try both and see which you prefer? I thought I’d get super into ballet and yoga but they come across as being a bit boring to me compared to pole.

You might try Gyrotonic movement.  It combines the core strengthening of Pilates with the stretching and flexibility of yoga.  Great stuff.

All those "pole foods" on your plate, sounds good to me.
