I am 48 and going through perimenopause also. I actually found out about pole dance classes from a girl I met at a friend’s baby shower who is an instructor. When I talked about it at work every female wanted to come. It’s been about a year and I’m still at kindergarten level but it’s helped me reconnect with my femininity in such a positive way. I may be older but I’m trying new things and working on strength and flexibility. I had to stop running after a serious leg break a few years ago and needed to find something to replace it with. Pole has been so good for me.

I really appreciate your training videos because at this point in my life I’m all about proper form and injury prevention. I’ve learned so much more from you than I did in group classes
