  • noobie – forearm strain learning the Jamila open legs

    Hi fello veenas

    Hoping to get some advice from you, im fairly new to poling in my second term and have been learning the jamila at my studio, the problem im having is a pain between the wrist and elbow of the bottem arm…   im pretty sure its from constant attempts at the jamila open legs with probably not enough strength in the arms yet….

    has anyone had a similar experience?  are there any excercises to strengthen this particular forearm area??   im scared of it being an ongoing problem if i dont strengthen it properly….

    any advice would be great!

    oh nevermind…  i just searched the forum and got some good advice from older threads…  

    i need to remember to do this before posting questions next time..  =D
