leg switches?
is there a tutorial somewhere for gemini/scorpio leg switches where your whole body moves around the pole, not just your legs? i've seen it so many times but can't find a good video to learn it from…thanks!

aweomse, I was looking for this too. Thanks Veena… now just wish my pole was a bit taller so I could do it properly! You don't seem to travel anywhere near as much as I do in your Scorpio though… is there a trick to less travellling? I do my scprio slightly differently tho so I don't hook my foot at the top and my leg is straight against the pole with no gap

Do you mean your doing a long Scorpio when you say you have no gap? Hooking the foot has nothing to do with it, that was just a habit I had and did without thinking :).
