  Inversion pose

  Hiii all 🦋 can anyone help with how to get into such a pose like this, inverted but with hands behind the body? I can’t seem to find any videos online & am a lil stuck on figuring it out alone… any advice would be appreciated 🫶

  Hello! I can help as I have a two tutorials for it one of them teaches you how to enter from off the pole. It’s called the Bow and Arrow https://www.studioveena.com/tutorial/bow-and-arrow-1161/

  The other I teach you how to lift your body from the floor into the pose, it’s called the Iguana and Iguana mount https://www.studioveena.com/tutorial/iguana-and-iguana-mount-pencil-1160/
