help with move : CAR into handstand into wavy legs.
Okay, I can CAR into a handstand. but the handstand is not stable enough to put my butt and back against the pole and do wavy legs. is this just a hand placement issue during the handstand? I can do this move in reverse. I can handstand, wavy legs and lift into a CAR , so I don’t think it is a strength issue. Any advice is welcome. Thank you!
