Ladies! Are there any good yoga DVDs out there that are a little more intense than gentle yoga, but no so intense as to exhaust me half way through i?. My goal is to loosen up my upper body (my stupid neck won't ease up!!!!) If it's too intense, my neck and shoulders will spams out of control. Basically I need something to help with my flexibility all over my body. I'm hesitant to get a yoga DVD without any recommendations as the last DVD I purchased is total crapola!

I am going to speak up before others here do….yoga really should not and cannot be learned properly from a video.  This is one of those things that you really need a yogi looking at your form to get the full benefit from it.  I think Aerial Amy had a blog regarding yoga (or maybe she posted something somewhere about it).  I also have a friend who is extremely vocal about things of this matter.

I know that Dara Torres dvd is highly recommended and there is another one that I cannot think of the name of right off the top of my head. (I will post later)

Me too. They are always either for my dogs or my car. Blah.
