Ladies – How the heck do you get your locking arm to not look like a silly chicken wing? https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif I get up there and lock my arm into place. I think it's straight when I'm up there, but when I watch the video afterwards my arm looks rediculous!!! My elbow ends up slightly bent, and so does my wrist, just fromt he pole pressing in my armpit. Is the pole too high up in my armpit maybe?? Should I bring it down slightly?

Proper form on this should not be relying on the armpit for the hold.  The points of contact for the inside leg hang should be calf, thigh and waist (all the same side), same as for the inside leg hang (leg opposite the waist).

Lay on the ground with the pole at your waist.  Bend your outside leg and hook the inside leg trying to get the pole at the outside of your calf and high up on the inner thigh.  Lay back on the ground and then try to straighten the outside leg that is bent.  This is also a great strecth for opening the hips.  To do this from standing it helps to start with your hips in front of the pole and the pole already in the proper spot on your side.
