  I bought a pole but its too tall for my ceiling how do i exchange for a new one?

  What brand is ur pole? If lil mynx contact them first then return/exchange.

  call the company and see if they do exchanges. Lilmynx did an exchange for me with a 15″ restock fee on the original pole. Was super easy to do.

  There is another discussion on here with the same exact question and veena herself mentions to exchange direct with the company. It’s very quick and easy due to great customer service.

  my sister, Sublime just bought an SV pole last week. She wishes she would have gotten the taller pole…..maybe you two should talk about swapping!

  Btw….I LOVE the color of the SV pole….picture don’t do it justice!
