Crash mat
I did my first invert a month ago at a pole studio in Mexico with the help of the instructor. I mostly pole at home. I’m considering buying a crash mat but wow they are pricey. I want to start training to invert at home but want to ask if there are alternatives to crash mats or where to find affordable ones? Thank you

I don’t know of any cheap POLE crash mats but you can use couch cushions for now! If you haven’t yet tried my Invert program https://www.studioveena.com/categories/nailed-it-pole-programs/ I highly suggest it as we start from the floor, build up strength and skills, then work on Inverts from standing. It’s still a good idea to have a soft place to land 🙂

Yeah me too!! Ive been doing so much research. Thanks for the idea about using couch cushions and the Amazon link with a potential substitute. I am going to start saving up for my next pole and would like to use the money for that instead of a crash mat.
