Building Armpit Strength – Flexibility
I completed the day 10 lesson and the Teddy Prep was a blow to what little ego shards I have left lol. I revamped one of my strength routines to include more exercises to help my armpit and inner arm grip: batwing flys, chest press, tricep work, etc.
Anyone else in the beginning of building more armpit strength and if so are you doing anything specific to build it up? My armpit pudge was not happy with me. My only pole experience prior to this was short lived. I took a few classes in 2019 then got hit by a car so that put a stop to all pole lessons til recently. So it’s not like I got super far into any pole lessons. It was literally like 3 classes.
Also has anyone done any of the flexibility lessons outside of the actual pole lessons? I was thinking about it. I also want to learn the splits again and get my spine more flexible. I do extra stretching after the lessons too. Love spinal twists.
