    Hi guys

I know the allegra has been covered a number of times but ok im gonna sound really dumb here cause i know what it should be a simple case of just using the oposite legs and everything but all the videos i seem to find are from people inverting on the right but im a lefty and end up getting confused (upside down) about what move to do it from and which leg should be straight can anyone help clear this up for me or better yet anyone got a vid doing the allegra inverting on the same side as me? I feel really silly not being able to work it out on my own!!!

You could also take the bottom hand, reach behind the pole underneath you, and grab your free foot, as the common variation. I hope that made some sort of sense! Good luck! 🙂
