You have 15 seconds to bust a move to impress a non-poler: what do you do?

The Gemini (aka outside leg hang) is fairly simple and secure but it’s very pretty and seems to”wow” the non poling crowd.

Lol muggles! I like knee holds. It’s not terribly difficult, but looks impressive. I also like dead lifting into iguana/rubber pencil. For some reason it is the easiest and only thing I can dead lift into.

Cartwheel mount is my go to. Only needs hand contact 🙂

I got aerial teddy on spin today and my husband was :-O wow
I think it was the skillz not the crotch flashing!
I don’t think it will ever be my wowing the public move! -
Aysha handspring into iron x or extended butterfly into caterpillar then into shoulder dismount.

I feel like my Jade is one of the more impressive moves that I have, but I know that when I was just starting to get interested in pole, a Butterfly looked super hard to me.

polar girl I love that video! thanks for sharing that one!

Recently, a party at my house, the guys were making fun of my pole…so I did an extended butterfly (I was wearing pants so I needed something for hands only). They immediately shut up =)
If I’m a more advanced poler…I would do a cartwheel…and if I had shorts on…probably jade (but then, my splits are REALLY sad looking…haha)

With pants on I would have to go with a handspring with different leg variations with shorts on I would go with knee hold. Eventually I want it to be IRON X!
