    Thank you Veena. My low back is naturally bendy and my shoulders have a good ROM which makes my back bends look okay but i find it hard to stretch those pesky hip flexors because my back just takes up the slack. 🙂

    Im following along but Ive just been adding my photos to my yoga album here on SV. Im pretty impressed with the photos submissions ive seen on this thread for day 8. Everyone has been doing great in all their photos for the entire challenge. keep it up ladies. 🙂

    Grayeyes, I think thats why I think I like this so much! You get to see a little more into peoples lives and see a different side of them, but also outside of their pole room!

    I’ve been trying to do all of them with my daughter… It’s hard to wrangle her to stay in frame sometimes, but it’s made the challenge more fun, and made for some cute pictures. Here’s our day 9.

    This was so tricky! My shoulders were cooperating and my husband had to spot me. But here is my best day 11. :/

    Haha, I was just happy to get it over with!

    So if I was going to do it again… I’d use a yoga mat. Mine is in the car in the driveway and its cold and rainy outside… so I got lazy. I think if I had more traction I could push through the feet more and push more towards the shoulders. But pushing the feet just made me slip :/ Maybe sneakers would have been good too… Oh well, I don’t feel like doing it again anytime too soon

    I think, I can do this one…but I know I’ll have to be very warm. I’ve never tried this pose, so I’m a bit apprehensive! 😬

    I’m still here! Here’s 7-11.

    Day 8 was so hard! I could actually reach my foot but my shoulders would turn down so I used the strap to keep my shoulders open and facing up.

    I tried to give myself some longer legs for Days 10 and 11 but I still could not reach my heel with both hands. Oh well, the shoes look great anyway. 😉

    Ok I have never done this pose with legs straight before and I kinda like it! I was pleasantly surprised.

    It’s getting better (don’t even ask about my left side)…

    Maybe if I really step it up I’ll be able to get a splits picture in front of my tree 🙂
