  10am – 12pm: Two-Hour Pole Manipulation Workshop
  This 2 hr group workshop is packed with combos and transitions, and will include unique in's and out's of your favorite moves!
  COST: $60 (Beg-Adv)

  1pm – 4pm: Tri-Sexta Pole Manipulation Workshop
  One hour of exotic movement. One hour pole tricks. One hour of deep stretching… everything a Pole Lover could ask for!
  COST: $75 (Beg-Adv)

  4:30pm-6:00pm: Invert Workshop
  This workshop covers all the ways in and out of the class pole mount. You MUST be able to hold your body weight for at least three seconds to attend this workshop.
  COST: $40 (Intermed/Adv)
