Mine is the SG Aysha. No lie, I have tried it over 1,000 times and it’s just not happening! I know someday something will click but until then I will keep on trying. What’s yours?

The Allegra. Injured myself and was off the pole for 6 weeks. I will one day kick its ass! Until then, it's the Split Grip Extended Butterfly. Like EV, I had it and then it went…

It has always been the superman for me. He’s supposed to be my hero, but he’s my nemesis! Lol!

How do I pick just ONE. ha. I would say the one I've worked on the longest is the knee hold. Actually, I don't try to do it a lot, because I just don't LIKE it, but I do want to nail it.

Ayesha! I just cant do it!! 🙁 And its pretty sad, because normally with prev. nemesis moves I finally can do, I never lost hope that I could do it someday. With the ayesha, I dont think I'll ever get it.. The problem is that Im strong enough, but to scared to do it, because I dont feel like I can hold my balance.. 🙁

@Creativity…what's the worst that can happen (assuming you keep a grip on the pole)? you'll just tip over and land on your feet. 🙂 That's what I tell myself, anyway, to get up the nerve.

I can't seem to get the shoulder mount either, I don't think my core strength is there yet!

@jeansgina, I feel the same and have just started to work my abs more, my upper abs seem alot stronger through inverting but lower abs have been a little neglected so trying some excercices to see if this helps.

Sparrow – I feel very secure in my grip (ofcourse I can have slippery pole days) Im afraid the Imbalance would cause me to fall on my head somehow.

Inverted crucifix for me too! For some reason as soon as I let go, I get scared that I’m going to slip.

Superman… I just can’t find a position where it doesn’t hurt as hell.

I thought it would also be shoulder mount, but today I noticed a little progress 🙂

    Basic Invert 🙁

Its sad! My legs do manage to get far enough into the air to touch the pole, but then I crash back down.

Right now mine are the Superman and the Icarus. In the Superman I am SO close, I just can't get my butt to flip over and I don't feel secure with my top hand. I feel like I'm pretty close with the Icarus too….it just never fails that everytime I try as soon as I get my neck into position on the pole I lose all grip in my knee pit and can't get it back. UGH so frustrating.

Mine is elbow grip Aysha, freaks me out and that $*&#*  handstand, even basic to the wall.  One of these days!

Aerial inverts. One day I did it nearly 10 times in a row, but now I maybe get up once every 10 times I try. So frustrated.

Other than the stupid superman ?

Probably doesnt count but my biggest nemisis is the pile of toys and massive tote of legos that got confiscated from the kid for bad behavior… and the only place they could go was in the corner of our room rendering my pole useless…its going to be a loooong two weeks because this mama is literally grounded 🙁

Stupid Janerio!!!! Can't get my butt around the pole and keep missing the "shelf" that the arm creates!   Also the Machine gun…Similar problem! My Titanic is on and off too, never consistant, no problem on brass pole at one studio, and a total fail at another on chrome…sigh!

@ serena…I find the aerial invert hit and miss as well.  Actually I did it on spin mode and it seems easier!  Give it atry, the key is bringing your knees in front of the pole kind of sideways.  Check out my latest video.  And GOOD LUCK!

That russian split, flying K, Oona splits..whatever you call it– every time I try it I hurt myself.  I might be letting that one go.
