  Videos lessons

  I am brand new to this site and I am so excited to start my lessons…I know I probably wont even make a dent into all these videos but if I did, how often are new ones posted? Thanks.

  How exciting! I was so excited when I first got my membership 🙂
  I do know that Veena has been putting up new conditioning, stretching & foam roller lessons quite regularly, but I am not sure about the pole lessons. I’m sure she would have more in the works but I don’t know. Maybe you could shoot her a message, or she may see this post and be able to let you know.
  Have fun in the meantime with the current lessons, I’m sure they will keep you going for awhile 🙂 have fun 🙂
