yay! I need a new ab challenge to do, I’m going to totally do this!

Veena can I ask a question – I’ll be doing the intermediate knee tucks. Where it says 2 left then 2 right should I do 4 full knee tucks or just 2?

2 each side because you are also strengthening the upper body, so it’s important to switch sides 😊

Loved this challenge when I did it the first time. Still have it posted on my bedroom wall. My abs still need strengthening. I’m in.

Woot here we go:) My abs could use some work for sure!! I think ill take before and after pics and see what the differences is like, Not super important to me but sometimes the brain wants proof. I know I’ll be able to feel the progress. Thanks for the motivation Veena!

How many/how long of each exercise? 
 Do you go to fatigue? Or pick a length of time or number of reps and then increase over the 30 days?

I think I’ll do the before and after pics as well. It’s always nice to compare to see the actual results and not just feel the difference.

This looks awesome! Unfortunately I had surgery on my foot two days ago so there’s no way I can do all this stuff just yet, but it’s definitely happening as soon as I’m healed enough. Can’t wait!
