  Veena, I bought a hoop just recently (several months ago) lol and just now picked it up again!! I will have to try to make one now that you got the video up 🙂 I did a basic cardio today, but i hooped through a whole song (2 mins) roughly and only dropped the hoop twice, once was just dropping and the other going the other direction!
