Unable to do moves, need advice
Yesterday to my surprise while attempting leg switches, I was able to perform them multiple times…yay!!! However, today while I was poling I was unable to do them for the life of me!! In all honesty nothing else was happening for me either which was frustrating. In my mind I understand what Im supposed to do but my body just isnt feeling it. Any fellow veeners ever have this problem?? Maybe Ill take a rest day and try again.

YES! OMG YES!
Nothing is more frustrating then KNOWING what I should be doing and then my body just simply not getting it. This is me and Ayesha. I have watched a billion tutorials, tips and I know i’m strong enough, could get in form for it…but my body just refuses to let me do it. On those days, when a trick eludes me…I just go back down to the basics and cool off. Try again tomorrow (or next motivated day). -
This happens to me all the time.

Brandisma, your body is tired. rest a day and you will have it next time you try again. and sometimes when you are first able to do a trick it will kind of come and go in the beginning. dont worry, it will become consistent on its own. rest and re-visit

Yes, rest days make all the difference. Sometimes I try a trick so many times and can’t get it, but I’m able to suddenly do it the first try after a couple days off. 🙂
