last year fleur told me to get a ticket right at the front door since I hadn't gotten one yet, I paid $22 for my ticket and got lucky- they sat me in the second row from the front. Jenyne Butterfly was sitting right in front of me actually.
I wonder if the day of the show I'll just call and ask if they have that same set up, I def can't afford $95!!! If I don't go to the show I'll def be in NYC though with Matt so we ALL have to get together!!!!!!!!!!

I would looove to go to this but…I am going to have to most likely pass….some of you know already I was laid off from my job and then I fractured my foot shortly after so I haven't been working in a long time, my foot is supposed to be healed fully after Valentine's Day so I'm going to start looking for something then but I don't think I'll have enough time to save up money to go by then 🙁 but if anything changes I'll keep you guys posted I would love to even just fly in for a night for the show and maybe I can just sleep on the floor of someone's room haha I'll keep you guys posted, cross your fingers maybe I will win the lottery before April and I can go and buy everyone a round of cocktails too! 🙂

I am going! East coast was a blast and I got to meet a couple of you guys, you were all so sweet, so Im SUPER excited! I wanna at least stay in the same hotel as everyone else and meet as many of you guys as possible!!
Does anyone know anything about flying with an xpole? I was upset the whole time in Falls Church that I couldnt find a friggin pole haha. Im coming from Dayton Ohio.

I am staying at the Marrakech. It is right down the block from SYmphony Space. I will be there on Thursday afternoon, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Morning. I just got an email from the folks at Hotel 99, they basically gave me a simple intro and the building they run.
This is the buildings they operate:

I have already let them know the time frame and why we are going. If I could get a ballpark figure on who is still looking for a room let me know. Ill post the info that I have when it comes.

1 Queen bed with a private bathroom (up to double occupancy) for $159/night plus tax
2 Double beds with a private bathroom (up to 4 people occupancy) for $199/night plus tax
Rooms with Shared Bathrooms
1 double bed with a shared bath (up to double occupancy) for $119/night plus tax
2 Twin beds with a shared bath (up to double occupancy) for $119/night plus tax
1 Queen bed with a shared bath (up to double occupancy) for $129/night plus tax
2 Double beds with a shared bath (up to 4 people occupancy) $169/night plus taxTax is 14.75% + $3.50 per room per night. Please keep in mind we do not serve breakfast.

i think friday night ill be going out with my friend stephanie and matt's cousin eric. everyone is welcome to come!!!!!!!!!!!!! i dont know what or where or when lol but that's the scoop since i wont be at the competition. i'll definitely be at the pole jam for a bit on saturday!!!!! i expect to see all of my dearest veeners there!! and expect LOTS of picture taking!

hey ladies! USPDF just listed some hotel deals on their website for Championship Weekend. the empire is a repeat hotel, but the other two are new… and on the West side of Manhattan, so they're close to the action!

sorry, but I don't get it … at the Hotel Newton it says on the USPDF page that it's 180 per night, uspdf discount, but on the hotel's page it says 150 (no discount) … could someone please explain that to me??

The rooms at Hotel Newton that are $150 (there are only a handful left, everything else is blocked for USPDF) share a bathroom with another hotel room. All of the blocked USPDF hotel rooms have private bathrooms.
