Hey ladies, any requests for songs? I'm going to put together a pole jam playlist or else you'll be stuck with my mix of rock and weepy ballads!

I think I would be keen to pole until, say, 5pm ish, and then go grab a pint 🙂 I need to head back to Leeds that evening but I am just going to get an all-day return ticket. In my head I can pole for days but I think in reality 5pm would be my limit!

I hadn't even thought about public transport…!  Just assumed I would need to drive/bike.  Did you figure out the route Hazelnut?  I'm assuming you'll be coming in to Piccadilly rail station then getting a bus?

if you go to piccadilly station. you want to get the number 36 or 37 bus. it stops straight across the road. them busses come every 10min. you will get it from piccadilly gardens side closest to the shops. if you stand facing the shops it the stop on your left at the top. hope this helps xxx

Well I just recently got my regular grip handspring so improving that would be good and any progression from an elbow grip Ayesha or straight edge would be great. Anything really 🙂 my had splits need to be flatter, my Allegra needs improving… The list is endless lol!

No I don't have your number anymore Debss – broke my old phone! But still have the same number so if you text me that would be great. The train looks really easy so it should be fine but I will let you know if I need picking up!

I wanted to do alot of elbow ayesha stuff but I gave blood yesterday and my elbow is all bruised and pinpricked now! So I think I will concentrate on handstand stuff whilst I have people to spot me 🙂
