That pain I get in the back of my knee!
It is my darn Hamstring tendon. I was stretching today and afterwards I did the usual from split attempt to see if I've gotten any further down. Well I did drop a little but I felt that pain in the back of my knee again. I seriously almost started crying because it always seems like it's something. Well before I came out of the split I rotated my foot in a circle, felt a pop and the pain was gone. I was surprised but then I remembered that muscles and some tendons can roll/shift. (I went to school for message and remembered being told to be carful not to do that cause it causes discomfort.) I don't know why it doesn't smoothly shift over when I do into a certain position but if I help it shift it gos from this awful pain to the normal discomfort of a stretch.
