    So there are no pole lessons in the area for me to have instruction one-on-one and strength building with an instructor….BUT there is a gymnastics place here that teaches aerial silks and the spanish web! I'm so excited to try them! The conditioning should totally cross over to pole! 😀 They even said they are thinking about getting a lyra!
