(Wasn't sure where to post my questions. Hope this is ok.)

I'm SO happy to say I've ordered my Studio Veena pole! But after checking out, what I am guessing was supposed to be a confirmation page didn't load. The payment went through however, so I now I am just waiting for it to arrive. But I wasn't told a delivery date or if I needed to sign for it like other lil'mynx poles. If I wanted to have the signature requirement waived, do I contact someone through the veena site or should I contact lil'mynx?

Is there anyway I could track it or what the expected delivery date? Just want to be sure I'm home to receive it

As soon as the fedex confirms that the pole is en route you will receive a notification that will include your tracking information.

Where do the SV poles ship from? (sorry for hijacking your thread, but I didn’t think a new thread was appropriate for such a basic question)

Can you still order the SV pole?

One of the most important aspects of the pole was its finish. Lil Mynx discontinued that finish so we opted to stop selling the pole.

What was the finish, and why as that particular finish considered so crucial?

It was powder coated but done with a special 2 part process making the grip super nice. Different than a standarded PC pole, not a harsh, but still grippy! The color was also AMAZING!

I feel very lucky that everything worked out for me in getting my beautiful SV pole- so rarely do I get to buy things like that, and I’m often late when it comes to limited time offers! I love my pole 🙂

I’d noticed the color in some of the videos, it’s absolutely gorgeous!

    Thank you for explaining!

We recommend either the Lil Mynx or the X-Pole found at http://www.lilmynx.com and http://www.xpoleus.com respectively.

Is the process used in the current Lil Mynx PC poles different from the one that was used in the Veena pole? (I’m guessing this is the case.)

Lil’ Mynx is still alive and well. 🙂

The problem with the Veena Lil’ Mynx was color consistency among batches.

We still offer custom colors, including the two stage powder coating. As always, we have our standard powder coated poles as well, available in black, red and pink. If you would like to discuss a custom color please email me at lizz@lilmynx.com.

I am looking at getting my pole powder coated and was just wondering if you know what the two step process is called so I can find out if they offer it at the place I’m looking at.
    TIA
