  Struggling to dance in heels

  How do you ladies balance on the point of the heel. I just loaded a video it took all day to learn and it’s still not perfect.im working on my basic. Trying to get my flow together and dancing in heels

  It’s looking good to me! It’s really just a matter of practice. If you feel you lack ankle strength give the foot and ankle routine a try. https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/5e8cf630-8828-44b3-8749-3f84ac110005 do this 3 times a week to see improvement!
